Davies Shines at SkillsUSA Nationals - Arianne Charles brings home a National Gold Medal

Last week, our Davies SkillsUSA competitors took on the national stage at the National Leadership and Skills Conference in Atlanta, GA. Representing both Davies and the entire state of Rhode Island, these students competed against the top talent in the country and achieved incredible results.

Davies students also secured multiple top-ten placements on the national stage through their hard work and dedication.
10th-Grader Maya Do Rosario earned an impressive 5th place in Career and Technical Educator.
11th-Grader Matthew Montoya took home 8th place in CNC 3-Axis.
11th-Grader Jack Dowd also captured 8th place in Automotive Refinishing.

Additionally, Atley Desanto delivered an outstanding performance, placing 14th out of 47 entries in a highly competitive T-Shirt Design competition.
To every student who competed: you represented our community with elite skill, professionalism, and Rhode Island pride. Your dedication has made us all incredibly proud.
