Davies participates in Annual Student Food Truck Roundup!

What a perfect Saturday at Crescent Park in East Providence! The weather was beautiful, and the atmosphere was electric for the annual student food truck roundup sponsored by RIDE and Menu for Success.
Our Hospitality Careers team rolled out Davies' Patriots Plates food truck for the big event, joining schools from across the state. While our students loved getting the chance to sample the amazing creations from other student-run trucks, they were also hard at work dishing out some crowd-pleasing, delicious Bossam Pork, Passion Fruit Lemon Meringue Tart with Strawberry Pearls, and Thai Iced Tea.
