🩺 Davies Health Careers Students Complete Medical School Program! 🌟

On Saturday, 12/6/25, these students finished their six-session, fall semester program designed to give high school participants invaluable early exposure to careers in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, and Physician Assistant (PA) studies.


What They Experienced:

This intensive program offered hands-on and essential career development opportunities, including:
  • Clinical Skills: Access to clinical suites to practice medical interviewing and patient examination.
  • Anatomy Lab Tour: A tour of the anatomy lab for in-depth exposure.
  • Career Readiness: Workshops on
  • Networking: 1:1 mentorship, and shadowing/networking opportunities.
  • First Aid Training!

The program culminated in a statewide competition where all student participants presented on a medical disease of their choice. We are incredibly proud to announce that Davies 10th-graders Maribella Londono was recognized as one of the finalists in this challenging competition!
