💡 What is the SIT?
The School Improvement Team (SIT) is a representative group of students, faculty & staff, administrators, parents/guardians, alumni, and community members led by the Superintendent and Principal.
Together, they help to:
✅ Identify the educational needs of students
✅ Craft a Curriculum Accommodation Plan
✅ Provide input on the school budget
✅ Develop the School Improvement Plan
✅ Interview prospective personnel
🕒 Meeting Details:
📅 4 meetings planned this school year
🗓️ First meeting: December
🕔 After school for about 1–1.5 hours
📍 Time & format decided by the group
🌟 2025 Initiatives Include:
  • Contributing to the 5-Year Strategic Plan
  • Initiating tasks of the Health & Wellness Committee
  • Beginning work of the Student Safety & Behavioral Health Committee
