Annual Distribution of Gun Safety and Suicide Prevention Materials

To the Davies Community,

In compliance with Rhode Island legislation S2202, we are required to annually distribute important materials regarding gun safety and suicide prevention to all students and their families. These materials emphasize the importance of secure firearm storage, outline associated risks, detail state storage laws, and provide information about available suicide prevention and behavioral health resources.

We have shared this information with families via ParentSquare and have also made it accessible on our district website.
