🍦 Science Meets Sweets in Hospitality! 🧪

Last week, our 9th-grade Hospitality Careers students had a deliciously fun time learning science through hands-on cooking! While making ice cream in a bag, they explored key scientific concepts like:
🧊 How temperature affects the state of matter
🌡️ Freezing point
🍯 And to top it all off, they even made homemade caramel sauce!
Learning never tasted so sweet! 🍨✨
