Her role: In her role as secretary Lissalin takes notes of the details, topics, and meeting minutes for the Davies SkillsUSA chapter meetings. This requires her to be very organized, an active listener, and a strong ability to focus.

Her SkillsUSA experience: This year is her first year participating and competing in SkillsUSA. She joined the Davies Chapter to encounter new experiences, gain confidence, and refine her skills.

How would you describe SkillsUSA to a friend who might not know what it is?
